ICYMI: Letterman Finally Shaves His Beard

I was kind of digging David Letterman's venerable, grandfatherly strike beard, but all good playoff beards have to come to an end sometime, and last night, the inevitable finally happened. It would have been a good plug for the local barber they got, too, if Letterman hadn't ended up with a bloody, "Bruce Willis 2/3 of the way into a movie" face after the commercial break. Actual shaving starts at about 3:10:
